I would like my own graphics/text on the box, is it possible?
Of course! To upload your graphics/text, go to our configurator. There you can create your project in a convenient and intuitive way. In the wizard you will find a database of our vectors and fonts. They will help you personalize the project.
I have made a mistake with the data for the engraving, is it possible to change the given data?
In cases where the order status is in progress, it is possible to change the previously provided data. If the status has changed to “Burnt”, it means that the box is at the last stage of production and unfortunately it is not possible to change the engraving on the box. If you want to change your data, please send us an e-mail with your order number and information about the error.
After receiving the order, I noticed that there was a mistake on my part when designing the box. Is it possible to replace the sliding lid?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to replace the sliding lid (i.e. the board at the top of the box). Each batch of boxes differs slightly. Sometimes even 1mm can make the lid not compatible with the bottom of the box.
I placed an order with an error, what now?
If you have recently placed an incorrect order and it is still at the “in progress” stage, we suggest you place another order with correct data. The old order must be canceled. To do that, send us an e-mail asking to cancel the incorrect order. You receive a confirmation e-mail with every order placed. Each of these messages contains order data – it is always worth checking it, because it is the point of concluding the contract.
When can I expect my order to be fulfilled and sent?
At the outset, we must point out that most of our products are the results of manual work. In our store, the creation of a wooden box begins at the stage of wood processing and ends with product quality control and shipping. Between these stages there lies the most important thing – personalization of the product to your needs. That is why it takes time. We usually ship within a few working days. In 2021, the average waiting time for shipping is 2-3 business days . With a high volume of orders, e.g. in the pre-holiday period, we must have a small safety window, hence the maximum deadline is 14 working days, due to the current global situation (COVID). How can I cancel my order?
We need to check at what stage your order is. If it is at stage “Burnt”, then unfortunately the option to cancel is no longer available. Please write to us. Visit the contact tab.
I want to order more products, can I count on a discount?
For the orders from 150 euros you get free shipping. For orders containing more products, write us an e-mail. We will check what can be done.
